Big Sky Gaiety was modeled after a real horse with the same name. The real Gaiety was purchased by Jeanne Joscelyn with money earned at a part time job when she was 14.
The daisies which decorate this horse serve as a reminder of the times when Jeanne rode Big Sky Gaiety through a pasture of daisies.
